"Fashion photographer and filmmaker Jacob Sutton swaps the studio for the slopes of Tignes in the Rhône-Alpes region of south-eastern France, with a luminous after hours short starring Artec pro snowboarder William Hughes. The electrifying film sees Hughes light up the snow-covered French hills in a bespoke L.E.D.-enveloped suit courtesy of designer and electronics whizz John Spatcher. 'I was really drawn to the idea of a lone character made of light surfing through darkness,' says Sutton of his costume choice. 'I've always been excited by unusual ways of lighting things, so it seemed like an exciting idea to make the subject of the film the only light source.' Sutton, who has created work for the likes of Hermès, Burberry and The New York Times, spent three nights on a skidoo with his trusty Red Epic camera at temperatures of -25C to snap Hughes carving effortlessly through the deep snow, even enlisting his own father to help maintain the temperamental suit throughout the demanding shoot." Henrik Vibskov
first monography Henrik Vibskov & Alastair Philip Wiper, published by Gestalten.
Forty years ago Henrik Vibskov was born in the backcountry of Denmark. Ten years ago he founded his fashion label whose acclaimed collections are now shown regularly at international shows such as Paris Men's Fashion Week. In addition, Vibskov keeps himself occupied touring as the drummer of various musical projects.
His art has been exhibited in museums and galleries around the world including MoMA PS1 and Sotheby’s Gallery in New York, Palais de Tokyo in Paris, Akira Ikeda Gallery in Nagoya, and the ICA in London. One does not need to understand Vibskov's work in order to instinctually grasp how relevant it has become for the future of art and fashion. Capturing his incomparable skill at melding and staging concept, space, and object, this monograph is inspirational for anyone working creatively.

In an artist curated show, FEAST Projects exhibits selected works of seven gallery artists: expressing their perspectives and insights into the human experience. The main themes explored are subjectivity and personal narrative, and individual conflict with the dictates of globalization and mass communication. "The word 'accrochage' in French has a double meaning: hanging and skirmish. The works hanging are also struggling to expose the dilemmas we are confronted with in our contemporary world," states Philippe Koutouzis, Director of FEAST Projects. On view will be works of gallery artists: Feng Shuo, Fensterbank, Liu Wei (b.1965), Marlène Mocquet, Carr Patterson, Tie Ying and Xie Lei.
